Solubility enhancement of ofloxacin by mixed solvency approach

Further effect of various blends of these hydrotropic agents on solubility of ofloxacin was studied. Aqueous injection of ofloxacin was prepared and evaluated for its antimicrobial effectiveness and stability. It was found that mixed solvency approach is useful in solubility enhancement of ofloxacin without affecting its antimicrobial properties.
